In accordance with animal welfare and animal-husbandry policies, stock is raised in a stress free environment with lighting patterns attuned to the species' nocturnal nature, controlled temperature, and absolute isolation from predators. 

Hygiene is strictly maintained and rabbits are provided with high quality, hormone free food and an automatic watering system. The breeding enclosures provide all weather protection and filtered sunlight.
